Not what it looks like from the outside

I was first placed in a room that the beds were awful!! You felt and heard every spring on the bed- worse bed I ever slept on. They were very understanding though and switched me to another room that I was actually able to get some sleep. Both rooms were not cleaned well. Second room had black mold in several places on the wall in the bathroom. The lobby looked really nice, however the elevators were broken down, and hallways smelt and carpets were dirty in hallways. Not sure if this is a bad neighborhood, but had to call front desk because there was a fight going on in one of the rooms with a lady coming out beat up and it looked like she was on drugs. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, and individually packaged pastries. Overall, service was good but for $119 I expected a much better hotel.
