Comfort Inn Circleville, Circleville

I got a suite with a the hottub in the room. The tub was dirty, after cleaning it oil darted out of the jets. I called the front desk and she "cant do anything until my boss gets here at noon" Okay why is someone working by themselves when they cant take care of a customer? So I waited until the next day I called front desk at 11 and she said her manager wont be in until 3 pm. Then she said oh he will be here at noon. By the time check out came around (which was noon) I went down to talk to him and guess what the front desk told me "He just left" Are you kidding me?!?! Its obvious customers are not important. Its been over a week and we still dont have this issue taken care of. DONT STAY HERE!

Truly a dive a hotel. Surprising with the Comfort Inn name attached to it. Not sure what happened to the this place. Call themselves 'no smoking', why does it always smells like someone just got done smoking a cigarette in my room? Checked in, room was over 90 degrees, turned AC, left to get something to eat and came back over an hour and a half later. Not much better. Called front desk and was unable to get anyone that spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying. Breakfast? if you like stale biscuits and cold runny gravy with watered down OJ you'll love it. I recommend the Danish, you can almost choke it down without gagging if you drink enough water while you're drinking it but bring your own bottle of water. Their water is warm and smells.

The rooms were dirty and run down. Walking in sock feet left the socks black. The "free" internet was not available our entire stay. Nor was the pool. We will never stay here again.

My truck was broke and me and my wife we were there for about 3 days . nice lobby and their hot breakfast bar is suuuuuuuuuuper. new mattresses, bed and pillows are great. I advise to all of my fellows to stay their.

I liked clean room, nice staff and breakfast was awesome. Staff told me that this place is under new management. Close to all major shoping areas and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Circleville.
