Knights Inn West Memphis, West Memphis

It was clean and at a good rates for someone just stopping through. It a great places to lay your head for rest after a long long trip.......

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall great service and the price was within my budget. Will def. stay again!!

My complaint is regarding every aspect of this inn, but I can only choose one. When we arrived to the room I almost fell back from the smoke smell. And by the way, I had reserved a non-smoking room due to asthma problems. I called the front desk and she told me that this was a non smoking room. I told her the room had ash trays and it smelled like smoke. She then left me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said there were no non-smoking rooms available. You would think since it was indeed their mistake and I have asthma that they would have done their best to help in this situation. WRONG! I couldn't leave because they stated they would have charged me for a day anyway. So I was stuck being sick all weekend on my husband's birthday. And also, they ran out of towels so we had to use the same towel that we used that morning. Please whatever you do, DO NOT go to this hotel. Sincerely, Sick and frustrated.

I stayed at this location January 2006 and again last night (January 17, 2007). Both times, there was an overpowering smell that could almost knock me down. I thought it had gone away since I left the door open for about 15 minutes when I checked it, but it didn't. It's been about 9 hours since I was in the room and my clothes still have that distinct, deoderant smell, enough to nearly make me gag. My other companions didn't seem to notice any in their room, but I'll definetly avoid this place next time. What are they using? What are they trying to cover?
