Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Airport, Indianapolis

The hotel looked nice and rooms were spacious with kitchenette complete with dishes and utensils. The hot continental breakfast was good and there was a lot of variety. Even a waffle-maker! But that doesn't make up for the problems we had staying there. Our sheets had bloodstains on them. Not just the top sheet, but the fitted sheet, and a pillowcase also! The stains were in the same area which led us to believe that the sheets had not even been changed since the last time people were in that room. We checked in around 6 o'clock in the evening and put our things away neatly in the room. Around 8 o'clock we called a taxi, put the "please later" sign on the door and headed downtown. When we returned to our room around 2 o'clock, the "please later" sign was on our floor and we found our bags opened and our belongings scattered around next to them. Now, what kind of idiot would sneak into someone's room and snoop through their stuff without any kind of stealth?! At least put stuff back where you find it! Nothing appeared to have been stolen but who knows what would have happened if we hadn't taken our money and valuables with us?! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE IF THEY VALUE THEIR PRIVACY!!!! If you MUST stay at this hotel, keep your money and valuables with you or in a locked car!! I wouldn't even trust using their "safety deposit box" considering their lack of respect for privacy.

Everyone at the Residence Inn Airport were so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the evening social time and the breakfasts are fantastic. The managers and desk help are so accomodating and the cooks are fantastic too. I would recomend this hotel any time I stay in Indianapolis and will not stay anywhere else.

I love the night guy, named Thabani. He was so nice. The front desk girl, I guess was new, she was really out of place, and got frustrated easily, I could tell when I called her that she didn't really want to be on the phone. RM 307 was nice, I didn't have any sounds at night, and the complimentary dinner was cool for the kids. After Thabani saw me with all of them, he offered us a free movie, it was greatly appreciated after our long day. The second day was okay, but matinence was slow to get to our room, and I could hear the housekeepers eating lunch and laughing when the kids were trying to nap. Overall it was nice
