THE ROOM WAS ALRIGHT THE T.V. WAS OLD FASHION YOU COULDN'T HOOK UP ANYTHING(PS3). THE OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY WAS FULL OF SPIDERS AND WEBS. NO, HBO, SHOWTIME, NOTHING. O YEA AND THERE'S NO MICROWAVES OR MINI FRIDGES OR ANYTHING THAT REALLY SUCKS !!!!!

This hotel is very old. It has a strange smell and in need of repair. Lots of rust on metal surfaces and the sheets smelled like mens after shave, so we are mot sure they were changed. I felt like I need a shower when we checked out. Paper thin walls, so you hear every shower run and every door slam.

DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION WITH THIS BAYMONT. The wife and I travel once a month through this area. This is the third time they screwed up our reservations. The man that checks folks in at night was extremely rude. I have never been treated so rude by a check in person in all my life. He literally told us to get out and said we had messed up the reservation.

The staff and management at the Baymont hotel is some of the best I've encountered in all my travels - and this includes 5 star hotels. I checked in late at night and Cary on duty was extremely accomodating to me a my puppy - very pet friendly place to stay. The rooms were recently updated and the linens were very nice. I forgort my laptop in the room when I left the next day. The manager, June, and additional staff, went to great efforts to securely pack the laptop and ship it to me - far above and beyond exceptional service. I will definetely stay there if/when I'm in the area again.

I stayed here one night in June 2009 with my boyfriend. I received a great deal through a travel website and thought I would give it a shot. Although the service is not horrible, do not expect anything better than your basic days inn/holiday inn. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was extremely limited and does not compare to what I have found at other 2 1/2 star hotels. This hotel is a little bit of a drive from the smoky mountains and Dollywood area. If you don't mind driving and prefer to be away from the commercialized Pigeon Forge area, this is a safe bet.

Have stayed at this hotel many years, while it was HI Express and after it changed over to Baymont. Never again. After a long hot day of enjoying what Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg has to offer visitors, returned only to find room had not been serviced. Housekeeping had gone for the day and front desk would not bring clean linen. Our option was to either wait until morning or personally deliver dirty towels to front desk and explain in detail exactly how many of what type linen we needed in return. Front desk staff was flippant and rude. I was told the Manager would be in at 11:00 and feel free to complain to him at that time. Will not stay here again and definitely will no longer recommend to other friends.

I love to stay at Holiday Inn Express, but this one really disappointed me. The staff is nice and friendly but they don't mind standing in the doorway smoking. Very rude and unprofessional. The room itself was clean but nothing extraordinary. The bed seemed a little worn. Breakfast had the wonderful cinnamon rolls, cereal oatmeal, bagels, fruit, just the basics here, nothing that great. The pool was clean and very over chlorinated, but somebody (I think it was somebody that worked there)was smoking while in the indoor pool area, so not great for kids. No microwave, or fridge in the room. I wouldn't say it was the worst, but it did not meet the standards of a Holiday Inn Express.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pools were also nice,towels were provided at the pools which was a nice idea. Our poodle enjoyed his stay and although we had a pet friendly room,it did not smell at all. Although some remodeling was going on,the people doing the work did not detract from the stay. Overall,we would recommend it.

We almost didn't go to this hotel because some of the reviews were negative but we have never had a bad experience at HI Express Hotels so we took a chance and it paid off. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and willing to help with directions and recommendations and the breakfast bar was well stocked. The fact that it is out of town is a plus because it was quiet at night and we didn't really have to drive that far for any of the attractions. Tennessee is such a beautiful state that the driving is half of the journey anyway.

the hotel itself was nice, but much further from downtown Sevierville than we thought it would be. I was a little put out with the cleaning staff on the first day. We had asked for extra towels because we had two teenage girls with us. When the cleaning crew came the next day, they didn't empty the trash or take the dirty towels off the bathroom floor. They also didn't give us any more clean towels as there were already two clean bath towels hanging in the bathroom. They also did not give us any extra toilet paper. My husband had to go back down to the front desk to get more towels and an extra roll of toilet paper. They also took the little bars of soap we had opened the day before, but didn't supply any more soap. Fortunately, we had brought bath soap. However, the room was clean, smelled fresh and the beds were comfortable.
