the manager charged "fines" for smoking to my credit card. I DO NOT SMOKE! was staying there for a funeral with my 85 year old mother (who also does not smoke! During a time when we were grieving this manager stole from us! he should be ashamed of himself! he was unwilling to reason with us....he must do this to many people

The wi fi did not work after they assured me it would when i booked the room. The breakfast was ghetto...unless you like toast. The room was nice, the day after we checked out they charged our visa 50 dollars. The manager was rude and scarcastic and told me we trashed the room and ruined their towels! Blatant lie! not only did we not ruin towels, I cleaned the room myself befor we checked out! We checked out too so why wasn't this or any other concern brought to my attention then?

The Inn was very convenient for us, full of friendly and very helpful staff and nice and clean. We travel to the area at least four times a year, and this is the most convenient and comfortable places we have found to stay. We called to the front desk for different things several times during our first night, and every time they brought what we needed-a fridge, microwave-cheerfully and quickly. The prices were great and it's close to food and the freeway. We were very happy with it and look forward to our next stay.

But id recommend a re grout in bathtub. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The manager was very rude and not helpful at all! I was charged for a dog in the room, but he did not sleep in the room. We were getting ready to check out and my husband was walking our dog while I got ready. He cam in to see if I was ready and our dog came in with him to get me. So they charged me for a dog in the room. The manager would not beleive me and said that he would not take the charge off. I have family in the Utah county area and visit there quite fequently, but I will never stay there again! The manager needs to have a lesson in customer service! Don't go there!

This place is right next to the freeway on ramp and you won.t need a wake up call the housekeepers are vacuming and banging on doors at 8:00 am. be aware of unauthorized charges to your credit card. I was charged $113.00 because my dog slept in my truck in the corner of the parking lot(no he wasn't barking or disturbing anyone) the manager was very rude. I would not recomend this place to anyone. I visit southern utah county area often and I know for a fact there are much better places to stay for the money. Tom W.

I was in town to attend the funeral service for President Hinckley. A drunk was standing in front of the counter and trying to light a cigarette -- in the lobby. The woman behind the counter was slouched down looking at a magazine -- looked very sleazy. Yuck. I turned around and left. Linda M.

There is a girl at the front desk named Jamie. She was very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well put together.

My family and I have stayed at the Western Inn every other month for almost 2 years. Rooms have always been clean as are the public areas. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The continental breakfast is simple: cereal and breads, but it is fresh. Coffee is hot and milk is cold. The Western Inn is run by Americans who are friendly and efficient. The two-story motel doesn't have an elevator, so ask for a first floor room if you don't want to carry your luggage upstairs. I travel extensively and have not found a better room for the rate. While not swanky, the Western Inn is quiet, at a good location and great place to stay when in the area.

We liked the fact it was right off the I-15 freeway exit. It was clean and the service was very good. The carpets were a little worn and the continential breakfast consisted of 4 kinds of bread for toast, canned peaches, orange juice, milk, frosted flakes and enlish muffins. There was I can't believe it's not butter and jam and coffee also available. Would have been nice to have instant oatmeal, fresh fruit or yogurt. Our room was close to the road and at first the traffic was a little annoying but after a little bit I didn't even notice it. Other than the traffic it was fairly quiet. We would definitely consider this hotel again in the future as the price was good, the place was clean and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
