Overlooking the wonders of the Ozarks, the ten-story newly remodeled Radisson Hotel Branson is centrally located along 76 Country Boulevard in the live music mecca of the US. The Radisson has a full-service concierge that can assist you with show or dinner plans, so guests can spend more time in the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, gift shop, Wildwood Bistro, Noble Roman's Pizza or the Time Out Sports Lounge. Just off the Highway 76 strip, the Radisson Hotel is located in the heart of Branson next to Andy Williams' and the Grand Palace Theater. The hotel is within two miles of Dixie Stampede, Jim Stafford's Theater, and Mickey Gilley. It is approximately 8 miles to the airport. We were robbed!

Just returned from Branson, Mo. The hotel was outdated and not even a closet in the room, there was a stand alone wardrobe.. Furthermore, our room was broken into and cash was stolen while we were at a show. Radisson did not even comp us or ask us if we wanted to change rooms. My husband had to ask for a room change. We left the next morning and called the Branson Police Department. The only person we can think of is the guy who took our luggage up to the room - Be aware people...

Will not go back

There really wasnt anything to like about this hotel other than the fact I got a good deal on the room but wasn't even worth what I paid. The sleep number beds were aweful considering putting 2 people on a double bed was not fun at all. The bathroom was very tiny and looked dirty..I don't see where it has been remodled according to this website because everything was outdated. I can not comment on the pool because it was down when we were there. I was disappointed by this hotel. I will never stay there again.

Awsome Staff and facility

The front desk staff was AWSOME (Felix) Helped us out with places to go and even lined up a candlelit dinner for two at the Texas Land and Cattle Rest. on the waterfront. Room was clean, bathroon clean and well supplied. Facility is nice and nicely located. The only two negitives about the weekend, 1...the breakfast rest down on the LL, 8 bucks for a 4 cup caraf of coffee, 2 bucks a cup.......please put normal coffee makers and real coffee in the rooms. 2......the place was packed with teeneagers saturday nite for a dance.....at least 30 buses in the parking lots......and they clogged and played on the elevators all evening Hey chaperones, have them take the stairs next time and be MORE COURTIOUS to us guests But other than that....we plan on staying there again......hopefully NOT during a prom season or dance again

Not staying here again

Stayed in a suite, had to move to another room- our room had the a/c unit on top (roof top suite rooms all do) and it was too noisy and vibrating, our other room wasn't as loud, but we didn't want to lose money and go to another hotel. The bathroom fans do not turn off. The room and bath area was very spacious, but very outdated with doilys for table toppers. Sleep number bed could've been better if the control screen worked so we could see what numbers we were using. The bathroom was not freshly clean, there were hairs in the tub, vents were thickened with dust, looked like on ceiling there had been smoke damage from the vents. No chairs on the balcony to sit and look over and enjoy, you had to stand to be able to see over the concrete walls. The pools were too chlorinated to swim in. There is a frig/microwave/coffepot in the suite rooms, 2 tvs, pull out couch, table, large bed. I don't think the price we paid (although winter rates at 129) were not worth it.

Great Experience

We just returned from Branson and enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, however, we did not find any of the same concerns. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and ready to help. The only small negative is our response at the concierge desk. The lady was detached and did not go out of her way to help in any way. The desk, the bellhops, and all other staff were wonderful. We had traveled all day and were too tired to go out the first night. They have a restaurant and I went down to bring something back to the room. The young man was so helpful and I went back to the room with steaming bowls of soup and sandwiches. The lobby was lovely and they had computers for guest use. The Radisson is centrally located and made it easy to get to shows and shopping. We will definitely go back to the Radisson when we visit Branson again.

Dont stay there

We stayed on a very busy weekend Fourth of july. First when we arrived we had a early check in scheduled and Amy the front desk worker was so rude told us to come back at 4 after driving 5 hours i was ready to get ready for the night we had plans i called back and liz got us a room right away at the sdame time Amy was helping someone else and told them the same thing Liz tells her just to give them another room that was clean but she dfint do that for us. Then there is no smoking and all the floors smelled like smoke and looked like they hadent vaccumed in a year very dirty. The bathroon had hair all over and the shower was so gross I wore flip flops and would let the lil one take a bath. We head to the pool or if u can call it that more like a oversized bathtub 8 floors of people all wanting to use it it wasnt safe for a 6 year old to even swim so we head back to the room bugs in the bathroon sink so gross as we head to bed pulled back the sheets and more black bugs in the bed I was ready to leave but we didnt want to lose the money and pay for another hotel As friends of ours switched hotels already!! Hotels.com says no petsbut the hotel does allow it so ofcourse I was misserable due the CATS AND DOGS ALLOWED INTO THE HOTEL . I would never reccommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!! Stay at the Grand Oaks much better hotel and if you are going for the pool may want to think again!!!

Treated like somebody

We arrived on Friday night, later in the evening we received a plate of chocolates and grapes. The room was neat clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. Saturday morning we had a meeting with Sara who met us with a smile on her face, already knew who we were and hadn't even met us before. She had done her home work. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone or any group.

I will never stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The sleep number bed is very uncomfortable and the curtains will not close so the sun shines right in your face in the morning. The ice bucket leaks all over when you can get ice. Most of the time you had to go to another floor to get ice. The furniture is old and the bathroom tub was stained and looked dirty. The hallways were so hot you could hardly breath. The pool was filled with children most of time so you could not go swimming without a lot of noise. The parking was terrible and you had to walk along way.

The hotel is centrally located in Branson, close to many attractions. The Sleep Number bed were awful, also there was not a microwave or frig.

I will NOT be back!

The lady at the front desk was so rude! She gave me my key and didnt even tell me how to get to the room. I tried to ask her some questions about the hotel but she just rolled her eyes and wouldnt even answer my questions...she said she was busy and I could coem back later. We were supposed to have a gift basket (as part of our package deal) I had to call 3 times before they would ever send it up. The floors in the bathroom were dirty...hair everywhere! The beds were good but that was the only thing good about our stay. I will NOT be back! Stay somewhere else for your money.
