Knights Inn Berea, Berea

My family (wife and two toddlers) made a reservation at Knights Inn Berea. I called to confirm they had cribs, and the proprietors said yes. When we arrived, the proprietors (who barely spoke English) said they never have any cribs (so they lied to me on the phone), and they tried to charge us a higher rate than the online price. When I showed the proprietors our printed reservation, with the request for cribs and the correct price, one of the proprietors called my wife and I "jackasses" and threw us out! We caught them lying and trying to cheat us. DO NOT stay here unless you want to reward liars and cheats who treat an honest family this way. .

I travel often and pay my own way. This Knights Inn in Berea has been recently renovated. My bedding was new, and the carpet looked new. Many of the rooms have an excellent view at no extra charge. It was quiet! The management was friendly and conciencious. The breakfast isn't as elaborate as some of the larger chains. I've spent three times as much and not had a better room. There is no pool or exercise room, but then I usually just think about using them. It's a great budget motel!
