Southern Oaks Inn Branson The Price is on how Debbie J. Church ,General Manager wants to set it and she has NO knowedge of how to speak to the customers.As a small business owner I have found that is key.She was not seen for 3 days on in her words her busiest weekend of the year.I have only spent about 1,100 dollars with them And she will LIE to your face. All outher workers were nice and did a good job place is good value and clean just no way to start a vacation when money is so tight you should appreciate all you get and after a one year reservation DONT change the price and say go some were else. That might be good advice for all to let them know there are nice places to go with nice people. I hope you all have a good Branson stay and lots of fun

We cant wait to come back. We stay twice per year once with kids and once by ourselves. The staff is friendly and accomodating, the grounds are in top condition especially the indoor pool area and the breakfast is awesome. In times like these it would be easy to justify cutting cost by eliminating the breakfast but it is exactly what it has been since we have been visiting the last three years. The location is great because you can access the entire area without having to go through the traffic nightmares of 76. To the people who were unhappy with there stay. If you want to be pampered you must pay for it. This is not, nor is it advertised to be a 4 star luxury resort. You get what you pay for and with Southern Oaks Inn you get a whole lot more. We would not even consider staying anywhere else in Branson. Have stayed other much more expensive places and have never been as pleased as we are with SOI. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff and see you this summer!

Level parking. Well lit lot. Great breakfast, fruit would have been nice but not on the menu. Clean, clear indoor pool, noticed they have outdoor pool too. Indoor pool could have been warmer but we were assured it was within the allowed range.close to several shows, nice restaurants, and quite a bit of shopping. We were impressed with the friendliness & knowledege the staff had of shows and directions. The rooms are large and we had a veranda room that had a deck was a cool room for the price. Natrual views from there not just other buildings. The rooms were very clean even in the refridgerator and microwave we had in the room.

We stayed at this hotel, no problems, Everyone was very friendly, and helpful.. Our room was very clean. Continental Breakfast was also very good, homemade cinnamon rolls, cereal, bagels. Rooms are very quiet, you cannot hear the people next door. Pool area was very nice and clean. Nice location, you can walk to some shows. We drove 12 hours to get to Branson, and it was well worth it. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area. We plan on going back to Branson next year, and we will definately stay at Southern Oaks Inn again.

Great staff! Really treated us well. Had many little things that made our stay above average. CLEAN!!! Only Dislike was they still use keys not pass cards but who really cares.

what a fantastic place to stay. from the moment we checked in till we checked out our stay was wonderful. this time we stayed in the apartment downstairs and it was so convenient to everything we did in branson. would stay here again and again.

I love going to this place. Me and my children have been going there everyear at least 3 times a year for the past 3 or 4 years. When you get there it is just like being at home. The stff at Sourtern Oaks Inn is the bestl If you want to stay at a great place while in Branson you should stay at Southern Oaks Inn.

The staff was extremely helpful even when we needed something at 2am. They all seem to be happy to be there. The kids LOVED the pool which made my trip more peaceful. I go to Branson every year and I will definately be stay here every year.

This place is in a great location, not far from the main drag and not a lot of traffic to hassle with. Free big breakfast and family type Mom's kitchen service. Everyone was helpful and friendly, felt like home. The kids really enjoyed the big indoor pool. We will be back soon!

I don't see any of what the poor reviews rated. The breakfast is free how can one complain about free breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The rooms were large and clean. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. I will go back.
