Days Inn And Suites Kaukauna WI, Kaukauna

When we first got there we were impressed with size and beauty of the place. It is off the "Main drag", but not very much and easy accessible. After we got to the room, it was not at clean as it appeared. It was disappointing. We ended up with a very stale smelling smoking room, no ashtrays, one trash can, no phone book, 2 cups for 4 people, no cream/sugar for coffee, shampoo appeared to been used prior,no information about resturants or things close. The pools are small and no towels available, even after request to get some. OVerall the stay was really disappointed. We talked with a couple that has stayed there for the 3 yrs and wouldn't be back after this disappointing stay.
