Twelve Oaks Inn, Branson

My whole family stayed here for our Family Reunion and were very pleased with everything about the Twelve Oaks. The Staff was incredible and very accommodating! The rooms were spotless the housekeeping staff was just awesome! They have a park next to the motel and we used it every night for our gatherings and BBQ. We have already started making our plans to stay there again for next years reunion :)

Have stayed here twice, when I wa strying to make the reservation the man i spoke to on three different occassions was very rude like he didnt want to be bothered, & they acted like they didnt want to take the coupon for $5.00 off, remove it from your site if, you dont want people using it, We had to leave a whole day early & they wouldnt reimburse my money, Just smart asses, so I will NEVER stay there again, I will pay $300.00 a night somewhere else before I stay there ever again, the rooms were small & smelled moldy!!!!! Thumbs down!!!!! Change your attitudes & treat people better, your a tourist town for GOD sakes!!!!!

We take a trip to Branson every year and this was the first time staying at the Twelve Oaks Inn. We had a wonderful experience so we had to let everyone know this is the place to stay! The pool was crystal clear and well maintained...the staff was awesome....the room was spotless...need I say more! We will be making our next year reservation here for sure!

My family and I stayed at the 12 Oaks over the weekend and love it! The pool was awesome! Instead of spending a bunch of money at the waterpark we just stayed at the motel. The rooms were great and very affordable. We have kids and we always have to watch our pennies :) This place was very nice for the price. We will be staying again in a few months!

My Wife and I stayed here over the weekend and fell in love with the place! Off of the strip which gets crazy on weekends! Close to everything and SUPER Clean! My wife is hard to please and she loves this place! The staff was great, the pool was great...price was great...everything was GREAT! You should stay here for sure!

We stayed at the Twelve Oaks over Memorial Day weekend and absolutely had a blast! The pool was wonderful and very large! I have teenagers and they love to dive! The pool was 9 ft. deep, so they loved it! The rooms were very CLEAN and even though it was a NO Discount weekend the price was very affordable, in fact they had best price in town :) The staff was very nice and accommodating. Modene, the desk clerk was very pleasant with helping us find a good show to see. We recommend this place to everyone!

We stayed at the 12 Oaks this weekend and it was just wonderful! The staff was so friendly and accommodating we just had to brag! The place is family owned and operated and they do an awesome job! The rooms were spotless and very roomy! We are a family of 4 and always on a budget. The rooms were perfect size with plenty of space to move around. They had a beautiful park for the kids to play. This place is just great! We will definitly be back!

We like staying here with the family. They have family suites which will hold more than four so our family of 5 can stay all in one room. Very clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast is just a simple basic breakfast . They have a play area and grilling area if you want to cook out your own food. Off the main path so it is quiet . Perfect for the family

My wife and I went to Branson this last week and found Twelve Oaks Inn by accident. It is off of 76 behind Stafford Theater. WOW what a surprise! We were pleased with everything about this place. Beautiful place, nice staff, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Just what we were looking for! The price was right too! We only ended up paying a little over $90 for 2 nights. We will be back the next time we go to Branson.

We have stayed at the Twelve Oaks one other time and we were pleased. However this time the Jacuzzi rooms were taken, the extremely nice women on the phone offered us a room in the Spinning Wheel next door. (They own it as well). We accepted and when we opened the door we were blown away! This room was huge, beautiful and clean. Everything was perfectly placed and the decor was spectacular. There is very little to complain about. However I would suggest softer beds. They were hard for our liking and we didn't rest as well as I would have liked. The other thing is the Jacuzzi looks really cool. However it is small for 2 people and the volume of the built in TV cannot be heard above the jets. Over all we were extremely happy and will most definitely make a habit of staying here. Thank you so much for offering a wonderful place to stay at very reasonable rates.
