Twelve Oaks Inn, Branson

First off the staff here is super helpful and nice! I believe it is family owned and operated?! I could tell they cared for us as customers. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. There was even a fridge and coffee maker. Oh and great wifi. We already have our reservation for the fall. We will tell all our friends about this place!

We have stayed several places in Branson, as it is one of our favorite destinations. This is our first time staying at Twelve Oaks. We don't look for fancy, we look for clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. Twelve Oaks was all that and more. We also don't like to stay on the main strip, like to avoid the hustle and bustle, Twelve Oaks is just the right distance off the main strip with very easy access to the main strip. The front desk helped us acquire show tickets as soon as we arrived, to a show that started in less than an hour. Very clean, friendly, with helpful staff. We stayed in the family 3 bed unit, great beds, very comfortable, great accomodations. We also had a 2 double bed, handicapped room for my mother. Very roomy accomodations in both units. I think we have found our favorite place to stay in Branson!

The staff is very friendly and accomodating and the rooms we very clean and updated. This is my second time to stay at Twelve Oaks and it's is the only place I will stay on my future trips to Branson.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO BRANSON AND STAYED AT THE TWELVE OAKS INN AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEAN ROOMS AND PROPERTY. I BELIEVE THE PROPERTY IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED AND THEY REALLY TAKE OF THEIR GUESTS AND THE PROPERTY...MADE MY WIFE AND I FEEL LIKE FAMILY. THEY ARE ALSO LOCATED OFF OF THE STRIP SO IT WAS REALLY QUIET AND EASY TO GET AROUND FROM THE LOCATION. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT MONTH...WE LOVED BRANSON!

My wife and I took a little trip to Branson and did not make reservations, just thought we would find a place to stay. We came across the Twelve Oaks on the Yellow Route and loved the look of the place. We decided to stay there and were pleasantly surprised how CLEAN it was! Our room smelled wonderful and bed was superb. There was even a fridge so that we could keep our drinks cold. I really enjoyed this little place and will be returning in December for the Christmas shows. I would recommend to everyone if your looking for a clean and affordable place to stay.

My husband and I travel alot and this has to be one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! The staff was very helpful with all the places in Branson and we had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and affordable, we don't need a fancy place to stay when in Branson, we are always out and about. We just want a clean, nice place to sleep and shower....this is the place! Try them out!

We love this place! We go to branson all of the time and we finally found our new home away from home. This place is off the strip, quiet and CLEAN! The housekeeping staff was great and kept our room clean everyday and always smelled fresh! The pool was very big and super clean as well. Overall we just loved this place and plan on going back for Labor Day Weekend!

My whole family stayed here for our Family Reunion and were very pleased with everything about the Twelve Oaks. The Staff was incredible and very accommodating! The rooms were spotless the housekeeping staff was just awesome! They have a park next to the motel and we used it every night for our gatherings and BBQ. We have already started making our plans to stay there again for next years reunion :)

Have stayed here twice, when I wa strying to make the reservation the man i spoke to on three different occassions was very rude like he didnt want to be bothered, & they acted like they didnt want to take the coupon for $5.00 off, remove it from your site if, you dont want people using it, We had to leave a whole day early & they wouldnt reimburse my money, Just smart asses, so I will NEVER stay there again, I will pay $300.00 a night somewhere else before I stay there ever again, the rooms were small & smelled moldy!!!!! Thumbs down!!!!! Change your attitudes & treat people better, your a tourist town for GOD sakes!!!!!

We take a trip to Branson every year and this was the first time staying at the Twelve Oaks Inn. We had a wonderful experience so we had to let everyone know this is the place to stay! The pool was crystal clear and well maintained...the staff was awesome....the room was spotless...need I say more! We will be making our next year reservation here for sure!
