Majestic Mountain Inn, Payson

My wife and i have been here several times and enjoyed the rooms. Very clean and close to everything in Payson. Great prices as well.

My husband and I went up there for two nights. We found it very romantic. Especially with the hugh tub in the same room, and the fireplace in the corner. Rates were reasonable. Want to go back real soon.

I loved the hot tub suite. My wife and I had a great time at the Hotel. The Manager was great when he found out it was our Anniversary he gave us a bottle of champagne to enjoy. Overall the room and service was aboue expectations.

I loved the fireplace and the bathtub with jets. It was worth the extra price for the larger room with the tub. The only thing I didn't like was that we could hear the people in the room next to us.

The layout and room anemities were very attractive and the front office staff was very friendly and tried to give good service. The grounds were planned nicely. The room was unclean with dead bugs, sticky furniture and unwashed floors. Grout in bath was mildewed and dirty and bathroom door was peeling and water damaged. Rug was not vaccuumed. When cleaning maid was summoned by front desk to vacuum and clean things she did not do, she swore at us and told us to clean the room ourselves because she does not get paid enough to clean rooms. Generally unclean and not well maintained. We will not be staying there ever again. We are concerned about the sanitation of the rooms. Regular posted room rate was doubled for long weekend.

I loves there niceest. it was so clean. They hade very nice people. And for the kids they have a pool witch is very nice

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE STAYED AT THE MAJESTIC MOUNTAIN INN SEVERAL TIMES AND IT IS ALWAYS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS INN TO MANY MANY PEOPLE. THE STAFF IS IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING HERE. ENJOY: TIM & SANDY
