Okay for a few nights, not long term.

I stayed long-term at this place, and I have to say I was disappointed. The housekeeping is especially bad. They come once a week when you stay long term and are supposed to clean the whole room. Well, cleaning basically consists of new towels and bedding. In two months they cleaned the shower once (and not well.) It's hit or miss whether they change the garbages or not, or even wipe down the bathroom sink and mirror. They did not vacuum once. They also sometimes did not bother to change the bedding, but just made the bed up with old sheets! (I asked the front desk, and they are supposed to be changed weekly.) Basically the housekeeping staff seems like they cut a bunch of corners to get done quickly, and over time that adds up to a dirty room.
Outside of the suite is not much better. There was broken glass and spilled beer in front of the elevators for days. There was urine(!!) in the stairwell that was never cleaned up. The place is basically just a mess.
At first I really liked it, but once all of these things started to accumulated I wasn't as happy.
If you're just planning to stay for a few nights I would say it's worth it. Very affordable, and the housekeeping shouldn't be an issue. Good breakfast, etc. Even if the orange juice comes out like water 50% of the time. But long term, for ~$1100/month, I would say definitely not worth it. Find somewhere else.
