Best Place To Stay!!!

This was the best place we have stayed since going to this area. The staff & front desk, were all great. They serve a continential breakfast of waffles, fruit and other great things my kids loved. They were so helpful with everything, our rooms were spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. They even allow pets, which ours is a member of our family and goes everywhere with us. Service Not So Great

The service at this La Quinta was not stellar. I called the front desk and asked for additional towels. I was told that I would need to come get them. When I did, the employees were sitting around watching television. How accomodating! Our room had a game controller on the TV, but when we tried to rent a game, we found out that one could not be rented from our particular room. Then we tried to play a movie. We had to call the front desk and were told to bring them $20! This was not the best stay. We plan to stay elsewhere on our next trip to San Marcos.

Never going back again!

As soon as I arrived I had to wait while the front desk person got up from watching t.v. Then they messed up my room type and amount. On top of all that, my room smelled of moldy and there were dead bugs around the walls and around the base of the bed. I stayed for three days and my sheets were never changed. I was supposed to stay 6 days but I moved to the Motel 6 down the road for a better price.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here the 1st week of April 2005 for my 35th birthday and I loved this place, the room was spotless. It was my first time to Texas and I could not have asked for a better place to stay! Friendly staff, gorgeous room close to the pool, great location close to everything, and great price. I would definatly stay here again and at any other La Quinta anywhere. They really make you feel like home. Only minutes away from the beautiful San Marcos River. Great night life just up the road, only a twenty minute car ride from Austin. yeah baby that's what I'm talkin bout. Fun,Fun, Fun!
