Comfort Inn Aberdeen, Aberdeen

I was called for jury duty and chose this hotel to stay the night. Was somewhat surprised at the room rate $91 including tax however it was prime hunting season so the rates may vary. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The beds looked ... well unmade the pillows were just plopped there, not covered with the comforter, the comforters themselves really needed replacing, very worn and dirty looking. There were remains "chunks" of what looked like chips and crackers scattered along the side of the bed the toilet looked grungy and in need of a good cleaning. The clock was not set and just flashing. The paperwork and napkins were soiled. Someone should be paying more attention to details. Would not stay there again, expected a lot more for the price. However the staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast area clean and well stocked.
