Kathy Schafer, owner is a bully - DO NOT GO THERE!

We tried to cancel our reservation, but was meant over the phone with a bitter derogatory attitude from Kathy. We were forced to stay 1 day from losing our hard working $$$, from the time we checked in to checking out, our family of four received dirty looks, slams on the counter, insulting remarks about small children. kathy told her assistant in front of our children to put our room above her office and to make sure the cameras were on because she wanted pictures. . We checked out, and was charged double. Kathy is abusive, insensitive to patrons needs, is a greedy bitter old woman who has no respect for human beings. Corporate should check in as a family and see the treatment they get so they can see the untolerated service. I reported her insulting mean behavior to corporate and the BBB and the Bishop chamer, hopefully someone can slap her with misdemeanor charges and make her go to professional charm school to learn how to be a simple minded manager. Corporate needs to buy the hotel back, fire her ass and send her back from where she came from, under a rock where she belongs, she is nothing but a rude unprofessional bitter old dog! No person should endure or tolerate what we went through for an entire day of abuse!
