Avoid

I actually already have a reservation for a stay at this hotel. I called today to confirm it, and could not find anyone who spoke English well enough to be understood. Apparently, they are all Indian. I have no problems with Indians, but, like many Americans, I do have a problem with people in business in the United States who cannot speak English well enough to be understood and to understand me.
I was eventually transferred to a female, who was tart, to say the best of her. She also did not speak English as a native language. She called me a "racist" because I was asking to speak to someone who could assist me in English.
I got essentially nowhere with this franchisee. The female would not identify herself. The female would not say whether she was the owner of the franchise. The female demanded to know my reservation so she could cancel it, because she was angry that I was expecting to speak to someone who could speak English. The female demanded that I apologize to her and her other employee because of my request to speak to someone who could speak English well enough to be understood.
So I guess I have to recommend against doing business with this hotel.
