When we got there I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk for someone to show up. But she was nice. We left for a party. Then when we did get a change to go to the room. It was not what the picture showed. Had to stand up and use the bathroom. I made my children sleep in there clothes because I wasn't going to allow them to take a bath in that tub. Also I understand it's a pet friendly hotel and I don't care because I have a pet. But PLEASE CLEAN THE CARPET. ANIMAL HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE CARPET. SO WE ALL SLEPT ON TOP OF THE BLANKETS. WE WILL NEVER NEVER STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN. THE PLACE WAS JUST NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't stay...place is not clean...and I am missing jewelry! The hotel refused to return my calls pertaining to the lost items. Find another hotel.

The stay here was great for us, but once I got home they charged my bank account an additional $300.00 that they were not authorized to take out and we had already paid in full, they said it was a mistake because of copmputer issues. By them taking out this money without my permission they withdrew my account, my bank is charging me money because it is withdrawn. The hotel said I would get my money back within 24-48 hours, well here it is 3 days later and I still have not received my money and feel like I wont get my money back at all!! The employees have been lying to me, hanging up the phone on me, and not doing what they say they will do. And to make it all worse I have not received one apology from anyone at the hotel.
