I can't think of a place on a constant level lake in Central Texas that has a private, white, sandy beach for the kids, a fishing pier, decks overlooking the lake, pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball, large outdoor kitchen, picnic areas, palapa tables, palm trees, firepit, playgrounds, BBQ grills, a lake trampoline and fully equipped condos packing this much fun! Condos are individually owned (about a third do short-term rentals). A number of them have "million dollar views" of the lake -- most hard tile/carpet -- some with granite countertops and great updates. Families love this place -- the kids love beach play and best of all it's only a little over an hour away from Austin or San Antonio. Savings on gas, food (kitchens are fully equipped), and travel time make this a perfect "staycation getaway." Prices are good and most don't even miss the "old days" because the property has been through an extensive rehab over the past 5+ years.
