Bad staff training
I went this hotel last weekend, about $170 for a suite room, was checked in late(about 11PM), so I call front desk to ask for a late check-out second morning. but the front desk staff ask me can you hold? then put me to hold right away, I hold for 5 minute then deside to tell her to call me beck when she got time. I know some times the front desk got really busy, so I called her again. But same thing, she ask me to hold and put me right to hold without even wait for my anser. What if this is a emergency ? because this number is also for emergency calls. The in room hight chair for the breakfirst area is very high, almost as high as the conter top. the "deluxe breakfast" is pan cake, two kind of juse and coffee only, and the coffee was not good. so sad, will not go back to that hotel again.
