Will be staying there again in September
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/09
We stayed here in March on our return home (California) trip from Oklahoma. The price was right for a clean and comfortable room. Great for travelers passing through on a tight budget. We are happy they are careful about to whom they rent their rooms. We plan to stay at Motel 76 again in Setember.

Good Rooms for the Price
By Monica, 04/06/09
We rented a room this past weekend, and it looked good and clean when we walked in, the first thing I really had to see was the bathroom/shower it was nice and clean, the beds and sheets were clean, the only thing I really didn't like was that they charge a $50 deposit if your an Albuquerque resident, it is refundable depending on how clean and organized you leave the room at the time of checking out, We really enjoyed staying there,We would go back to Motel 76.

Motel 76 on exit 155 clean and cheap
By Kd, 01/28/09
Has nice clean rooms and friendly staff. For motel it was actually nice. No breakfast just coffee or tea. Dont stay at the one on candelaria / university location. The two are not affilated with one another and the coupon in the green motel booklet only applys to the motel 76 on coors exit 155.

I called the health dept. SOOO BAD
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/08
This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It was 4am, we were traveling through and just needed a couple ours sleep. After we paid, they walk us to this disgusting filthy, stinky room that had one sheet on the bed, and brought us clean but very used towels. We slept with our clothes on. DIGUSTING!!!! for 50

good price nice room will be staying here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/03/08
Its good to stay at a motel that is clean. This place is quiet and right off the interstate. There are food places near by also. The frontdesk clerk was very helpful and help us get back onto the interstate through all the construction that was going on at the time.

Parked too long, now I'm a drug user
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/06
My boyfriend and I wanted to rent a room for a getaway. I forgot my drivers license at home at had to wait in the parking lot for him, as he hurried to get off work. Finally he got to Motel 76 and went in to rent a room. He was told by a man at the desk that he could not rent a room because he was with "those girls" and did not want drugs at his business. When my boyfriend told me what was said I immediately went in side to see what the problem was. The man said he did not want to do business with us because I was there last week all drugged out with a couple of other girls and for us to leave. What upset me the most was this man never saw my face until I walked in to talk to him. So he could'nt possibly had made the judgment he did just with me being parked there. He couldn't even identify my car liscense from records from "last week" because I was never at that Motel or any other person in my car for that matter. I was very disquisted in his handling of accusations based on me being parked in the parking lot for awhile because I forgot my liscense. Hope no one else has to be put through the false accusations as I had to experience.

20 years experience-Illiff Road
By willd, 07/09/05
This motel has experienced many changes, including weekly/monthly rental over the past 10/15 years. The staff is friendly;cooperative;helpful...Iusually stay weekly. Ask for a room on the outside;close to the front. Monthly "residents" tend to be alcoholic..and loud late night!!
