Buyer Beware -

Do yourself a huge favor and look into other area casinos. We booked a $90 package deal listed on their website via a phone reservation. We arrived at the hotel and they wouldn't honor the reservation even WITH the confirmation number because we didn't have the paperwork with us. We ended up having to pay for the room twice in order to stay the night. Since we drove awhile to get there, we had no other choice (which is a total scam!). The manager was extremely rude regarding the entire situation by suggesting we "drive back and get the paperwork". The rooms were small and noisy. The beds were rock hard with sheets that were more like sandpaper than linens, the hotel is NOT connected to the casino so you have to wait for a shuttle, the buffet was barely worth the $12/person (Old Country Buffet is far better and that isn't saying much) and the casino staff was slow and rude. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and comfort and friendliness isn't a factor for you - then this is JUST THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you want a fun get-away with descent rooms and friendly service - look elsewhere! They don't back their reservations and their computer system is so far outdated they have no way of looking up what you've already paid for; we tried to have them check, but still got scammed for another room purchase. Be careful!
