Hotel Don Felipe, Ormoc

stayed there for 1 week the staff were great air con did not work that great but the staff were so great i did not change hotels or rooms just had them bring me a fan also will stay there again in a few months when i go back great view also

For three nights we could not sleep on the cheap small beds. It was like sleeping on a bed of nails. Infact, a bed of nails would have been better!!!!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. The staff was wonderful kind and very helpful. I spent one night at another and came running back! I can not wait to go back to the Philippines, Ormoc City and The Don Felipe Hotel.

A comfortable hotel directly across the street from the bus and jeepney terminal. and 2 min walk from the ferry boat terminals. Rooms are fair funiture shows some of its age. aircon worked but not great. I had a room facing out the back so i did not get the ocean view. small public park out front popular place to hang out in the evenings (baywalk) overall a very decent hotel they stairs appeared to be locked when i was there. they do have elevators. Lots of begger kids outside but security will chase them away from the hotel. internet cafe in lobby also. close to terminals and gaisano mall and jollibee.

i love the crew and their services...it's worth a try..^^..the place is solemn and neat...high-class hotel...at night u can see the beautiful scenery of the port of Ormoc..and the Superdome..

i love the place i stay there everytime i go visit my family. the service is good i been staying there every two years. its close to my family. close to everything that you need. most of the time i just walk. everything is right there. when i travel to cebu the peir is less than a half a mile. the room that i reserve is the ocean view. i love to watch the boat coming in from cebu. at night i see all the fisherman in there little banka boat. i enjoy watching people go by the hotel. theres always something to see to entertain me. and its free!!!!

I stayed in that hotel when my sister came in for a vacation. The staff are great, the cafe is very accessable..one should not forget to ask a glass of fresh pineapple juice(They are amazing). The location is perfect. When booking a room, ask for the one on the other side of the terminal since they can be very annoying especially early morning. There's just no swimming pool. Swing disco bar is open but can be quite boring since they only cater to oldies who love ballroom dancing.
