Great & Inexpensive Motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/18/11
My daughter & I just stayed here & we really enjoyed it. It was clean & comfortable. The management is new and very nice and are working hard to brighten the property up a bit.

Should have slept in the Dumpster
By stone, 4/5/11
The room smelled of urine. The bath towels felt like sand paper. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. A complete and totally disgusting experience. The room hasn't been renovated in probably 30 years! They have thank you pictures of a Joyce Dewitt in her twenties and Buddy Hackett. Haha... that was 40 years ago! And buddy's been dead that long! We canceled our second night and they would not refund us. That's how bad it was. We were willing to pay to leave! P.s. We've booked over ten rooms through Hotels.com. Never again! They failed to help us after spending over an hour on the phone with them. They said the hotel was 8 miles from Sedona. It took us an hour to get there! At one time I was on the phone with them over 20 minutes when a recorded message came on saying they could not help any longer and hung up!!! Rip off's! I think they own trip adviser, too.

Go somewhere else

The non smoking room badly smelled smoke. The water of the toilet was running without stopping. The bath was blocked. There was dust . Walls were dirty. Pouash! The man told me there was internet connection in the room but there was not. Too expensive for a 0 rated room

"Drive to Flagstaff"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/4/08
Our room smelled like smoke, everything felt dirty. We were looking at some property in Munds Park and we thought one night in the local motel would alright but it would have been worth it to drive to Flagstaff for the night and then back the next day to meet with the realtor. There are a lot of cement steps if you do not get a room on the lower floor which can be tricky with small children and you can hear noise from the other floors.

Motel in the Pines
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/21/07
The price was right. Nothing fancy but as good as Super8 or Econo Lodge. The location is great if you want to be right outside of Flagstaff. Only 15 or 20 minutes to Pine Mountain Amphitheater, and the Flagstaff Airport. There is only one restaurant, and it is not bad, similar to a Denny's or Village Inn, but NO breakfast all day. It is right off I-17, so if you can't quite make it to Flag, try them out. If you are expecting amenities, pool, free ice, etc. then keep on going. The TV set had plenty of channels to suit me. I didn't really expect to watch much TV, but it suited me. They even pick up the Sci-Fi channel!
