Americas Best Value Inn - Perry, Perry

This place was very dirty. we had to air out the rooms before sleeping in them and then they were still bad. I would not even use the bedspread. only the sheet. kept my socks on too. I checked for bed bugs first. If I had known I would have gone up to the holiday inn express up the road. our friends had said the same thing. we wish we knew.

Hey this hotel is under new ownership with great management who know what they are doing. They are doing an excellent job in rebuilding the reputation and performing excellent service considering what the previous owner had done. Come on everyone , HAVE A HEART AND GIVE THEM A FIGHTING CHANCE. THEY ARE REALLY DOING THEIR BEST AND I BELIEVE IT IS UP TO US THE PUBLIC TO HELP THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS OUT. THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF REMODELLING AND UPGRADING ALL THEIR ROOMS AND STANDARDS!!!!! SO HOW BOUT GIVING THEM A CHANCE OK!!!!!
