Quality Suites Near Orange County Convention Center, Orlando

Pros: -two rooms; -free breakfast; Cons: -not very clean, room and building look old; -service not good, I spent 3 nights, on two days rooms were not cleaned and they did not leave shampoon in the room. The service people in the breakroom are quite cold, seems you owe their money. If you give tip you might get better service. I will try a different hotel next time.

I liked the two room suite. You could separate yourself from the nick jr and cartoon channel. You have your own TV. You can see the pool from your hotel window. This I liked. Keep your eye out on the prices. They do change on the internet, sometimes day to day. Good value for a family on budget and one that wants a little more room. Stairwells and outer hallway need to be cleaned up some. A grade of B for me.

The room was clean, though worn. I could use some updating. The staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool (we were too busy) but it was small compared to other hotels we have used in Orlando. If all the kids want is a place to cool off, it was adequate. The "full breakfast" was nice, but no variety. The same food was served every day. The happy hour was nice, the bartenders friendly. Overall, this hotel is a great value for the price. It was extremely convienient to Sea World and the airport, not to mention International Drive. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, but the other beds were great.

The hotel was horrible. We were suppose to have everyday maid service and our room was not cleaned for a day and a half. The staff at the Front Desk were rude and asking my friend personal questions that were none of their business and made my friend very uncomfortable. The One meal that was served to us was breakfast and the food was either burnt or undercooked. We had the same thing every morning(not enough varitey to choose from.The game room was horrible and the playground was not in working order. And the Pool looked dirty all the time. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. And the hotel shuttle was an hour late and we had to sit out side and wait for it. The ONE shuttle that was offered to SeaWorld was over crouded and had people standing in the isles which made it extremely hot and muggy in the shuttle and it took over an hour to get to Seaworld because the bus felt like it was going to breakdown and knowing that the bus was packed the driver still stopped for more people to get on. I was very frustrated and angry.

Dirty room with poor maintenance of property. Needs rehab. Breakfast OK, Pool OK. Otherwise find somewhere else for less. Worst Quality Inn I have stayed.

The staff was very freindly, helpful and accomdating. For the size of the hotel, the breakfast area could be 2 - 3 larger.

This was my first time visiting this hotel. The staff was helpful and very informative. At first our room was not ready but about half hour it was. The room was very nicely equipped with wet bar, cd player,2 tv's, nice clean beds and a clean bathroom. All carpet was a little worn but clean and should be replaced. Now the elevator was stuffy due to the heat. The fans in the elevator didn't run except one but it only blew hot air. Elevators should be updated. The breakfast was good and free w/ a good variety of food. The happy hour was a nice bonus after returning from the amusement parks. Bartender was hospitable. The jacuzzi was great and the swimming pool was good for small children. The game room and exercise room was nicely equipped also. I noticed the shopping stores and restaurants like TGI Friday's, Cici's, Chili's, Burger King, chinese, and etc. were close by. There was a small amusement park nearby too.

From the moment we arrived ( it was very late as our flight was over 2 hours late) the staff we very helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and neat . We asked to be moved to the first floor the next morning and our request was granted immediately. All the staff that we met during our 10 day stay we extremley courteous and friendly and the breakfasts were super. We would recommend this hotel very highly to others.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the fact that the front door was open when we arrived on 2/8/07. When we entered the room the bed was messed up as though some one had been wrestling around on it. There was stuff in the bathroom not to be mentioned. When my fiance and I went to contact the front office we found that the phone didn't work. It was suppose to be a smoking room, however had no ashtrays and they had a nail in the window sill so you couldn't open the window. It took them almost an hour to get someone to our room to get us fresh linens and towels (we ordered a pizza right after we called the front desk, it arrived right after she left). The bed was very hard so we didn't get but approximately 3 hours of sleep each evening and were extremely stiff/sore the next morning(s). Luckily we only stayed two nights, but they were the most unreal experiences I have delt with. The free breakfast was not good either. They had what appeared to be powdered eggs, not good sausage the first morning. The bacon on the second morning was pretty good. The toaster burnt people's toast and the free coctail hours are between 4:30 and 6:30 (when the majority of the people are at the parks or eating dinner). The overall experience was Terrrible.
