I had reservations but when I arrived I was overcharged and it took awhile to get that fixed, luckily I had printed out the rates when I made my reservation. I was given a handicapped room since I didn't want to haul my luggage up to the third floor. The room was ok, but many things were either broken or half broken. The luggage rack was broken and I never did get the replacement I was promised. The air conditioner didn't work for more than a few minutes, then it had to be manually turned off and back on. The volume on the phone was bad, the button to control the volume was broken.
The breakfast was ok, maid service was good. But there was no place to sit except the bed and since the room had a microwave and mini fridge I had expected to be able to eat in the room.
This place definitely needs some maintenance and repair. When I arrived there was a beer can on a table out near the pool, it was still there when I left. I was there over a weekend.
