I absolutely loved this hotel and i would definately recomend it to others. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean, and the continental breakfast was very wonderful. It was worth the money =)

hi my name is nick and i was stay there on 24th feb.and the forntdesk laddy told us law price and when i chek my bank statment..and they charg me more then i thought.......this motel i reduculas..i never go there..

MANAGER IS NOT FRIENDLY

I WAS A HOUSE KEEPER IN THAT HOTEL AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME DON'T COME BACK UNTIL WE CALL YOU IF WE NEED YOU. I WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOUSE KEEPERS THEY HAD THERE.I MADE SURE ALL GUEST ROOMS WERE DONE NICELY. AND PROPERABLY, IF I WERE YOU I WOULDN'T CHECK IN THAT HOTEL I WOULD GO TO THE HOLIDAYINN.

Lack-of-Quality Inn

My family just spent 2 nights here. We were sad to find the Victoria Inn we had stayed in many times in the past was now a Quality Inn (as of Aug '06 apparently). Gone was the friendly family-run motel. The cleaning lady looked to be the only staff member left from the Victoria Inn days. Gone are the wonderful complimentary breakfasts in the restaurant--replaced by a very disappointing array of pre-wrapped donuts, pastries, bagels and muffins, single-serving cereal boxes, orange "juice" which had the taste and consistency of Tang. While the room was clean, the non-smoking 5th floor had the smell of smoke throughout the hallway. Every other number plate for the rooms were either on the floor or missing--as ours was. The front desk staff were overly friendly--in a scary sort of way. While I was getting "breakfast" one of the male staff went to the table my wife and 2 daughters (8 and 5) were sitting and started to talk to my girls and ask them all of the usual questions--but he was in their faces and it looked more like an interrogation to me. Both of my daughters appeared to be more than nervous around him. I'm surprised my wife didn't tell him to "back off." My relatives I was visiting told me that both the Quality Inn and the Knight's Inn next to it have both gone downhill since getting new management. These are the closest places to stay when visiting my relatives--and they're still another 30 minutes away. I guess it's time to find a new motel for future visits.

terrible service, dirty rooms.

The room was dirty. The gross smear on my toilet didn't get cleaned by the maid for 4 days, then I cleaned it myself. The people at the front desk were unfriendly and not helpful. I would not stay here again.

you have to be kidding!

After reading the one review on here, I am convinced that the reviewer must have been writing an April Fools joke. We found the hotel rooms to be extremely dirty and would certainly never recommend staying there. We were there for a family function which was actually very nice but the bar service after our function was the worst I have ever experienced. After waiting 15 minutes at a table for a server, we decided to head to the bar to get our own. Fifteen minutes later, we returned with our drinks and sat for at least an hour listening to the mediocre band. A server never came by our table the entire time. Our rooms had to be the worst I have ever stayed in. The chairs looked like they have never been cleaned as there was a layer of dust and several stains. The wallpaper is falling off the walls and the toilet was leaking. There was a bug in my bed and cob webs in the corners and peanuts next to the bed. When I reported this to the front desk, the response wa "oh really". My suggestion is to stay anywhere but Victoria Inn.

great place to stay

the rooms are clean and comfortable.we go every year for our holiday party,we always stay over.it is well worth the money.the complimentary breakfast is wonderful.the bar has a lively band and we always have lots of fun.i would definetly recommend this place to stay
