A few problems...

First off, the room was clean. This is always a good thing. After we checked in and went into the room my daughter was able to open the door without the key. The lock worked but the door just wasn't shut. I immediately scanned the room for intruders and then let everyone else in. The bathroom light did not work and the towel rack over the toilet was sitting next to the toilet. After calling the front desk a repair man was sent to change the bathroom light bulb. He said the towel rack was ripped off the wall but made no attempt to fix it. When we went out to eat we noticed another room 2 doors down from ours was open and empty. I don't know what the deal is with their cleaning crew but they need to learn how to shut doors when they finish.
Don't depend on the continental breakfast because it consisted of very tiny chocolate muffins, chocolate chip and sugar cookies, and bagels. Definetely not the breakfast of champions.
Outside of the problems above it was a decent room out in the middle of Tennessee country.
