Center Way Hotel Tonawanda, Tonawanda

The hotel is fine for the price you pay for it. The customer service representative who we dealt with was just AWFUL. She was rude, argumentative, absolutely not accomodating and almost barked at us every time we tried to ask something. When we asked to vacate sooner , the lady threatened to charge us for the extra night that we were not staying it. We had checked (while making the reservation as well as the night before) with another rep who said it would be fine and we will not have to pay a penalty or anything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
