Super 8 Mountain Home, Mountain Home

I had the worse experience I have ever had at this hotel. The owner, an older man, has no customer service and is rude, and actually treats you as if he is doing you a favor by letting you stay there. Beware of this place. No air in the hallways or lobby. Very stale breakfast. Smells like cigarette smoke. Denied us a one hour check out time extension even though we stayed two nights. (we wanted to attend church services that ended at 11:30, check out was at 11:00).

Desk clerk spoke limited English, very rude and argumentave. Planned 3 night stay but checked out after first night ( paying for two) as they did not clean the room or provide fresh/clean lined. When I asked the clerk why the room was not cleaned, he said the maid left at 4pm, that I'd have to live with it. So, I check out on the spot and will never stay at a Super 8 again.
