The room was clean with nice bed. However, there was no service at all. The lady at the desk could not be bothered telling me anything useful about Framingham. Refused to book taxi for me. Wrote down number and I had to call from public phone in shopping center 500m away!

The worst, rudest customer service ever. I couldn't even make it through a phone call to book. I will never stay there. No one should. It is not even the cheapest place. The Montichello has it beat by almost 20 dollars, and the are so much nicer.
