Our experience there was amazing, i have been staying with this chain for many years and it is not the front desk fault for mess ups like the poor lady before me, thats what happens when you do not call the hotel and verify everything ahead of time, We loved the breakfast, we loved the movies, the FRESHLY make popcorn and cookies!!!!The red haired girl at the front desk was a blast!!! She should be a trainer for little companies like this one..She is so very patient and even when getting scolded at the desk she kept the smile and corrected a problem that wasnt even the hotels to begin with!! I would definately reccomend and stay again !!! Cheryl & Charlie

We reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. At the front desk there were four other people in line with the same complaint! The carpet was ripped on the stairs and taped with ducktape. The room we were given was run-down and smelled awful!They rearranged things for us to have a NS room... they used another reservation for NS so that that person would have to deal with the SM room! Small bathroom. Second room was clean -Breakfast was ok.

Good price and a decent breakfast. Not many frills such as pool or elevator but there is a laundry room and it's between a Applebees and a Taco Bell and near many other restaurants. The internet connection puzzles me; I found dial up was better than the "hi-speed".
