Holiday Inn Exp Frazer Malvern, Frazer

We travel extensively as athletic officials. We checked in at around 4:00 PM. It took over 20 minutes! The toilet in our room had a leak in the tank--it ran off an on all night. It was not quiet. When I reported it, I was told that since it was Saturday, there was no way to repair it. We could move to another room. Upon returning from our event Saturday night, the fire alarm had apparently been tripped, and the elevator was in locked position. The employee at the desk could not find the key to unlock the elevator and return to normal operation. We had to carry everything up to our third floor room. The only good thing was the breakfast. Also, if you book you room on the internet and choose "lowest rate available" you cannot cancel your reservation in event of an emergency. Your credit card will be charged the full amount plus tax. The only thing positive was the breakfast. We will not willingly stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

I am a frequent traveler and the matteress was the worse I have ever slept on. I complained to staff the next morning but was not contacted by management until I was awakened at 11:00 PM!!!
