Located on West Grand Avenue, the resort is minutes away from swimming, amusement park, famous pier, arcades, and gift shops. Walk out your door to seven miles of white sandy beaches and surf. In addition to comfort and genuine New England hospitality, the Sea View is a short walk away from dining, shopping, and entertainment. Offering a variety of accommodations just a step away from the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea View aims to meet the needs of those seeking family vacation time, a romantic getaway, or a place to rest during business travel. Splash in the crystal clear Atlantic or venture offshore for deep sea fishing, cruising, or whale-watching. The resort offers 48 air-conditioned units out of which 40 units come with kitchen. It also features pool and water view. Pets are accepted. All rooms are non-smoking. Registered guests of the Sea View Motel are entitled to free parking limited to one vehicle per room mid June through September. No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.

We stayed at the se View many years ago with our family and dogs. Eveyone at the Sea View were kind and actually when I would come back from the beach the staff was in our room petting and sitting with my two labs. It was nice to know that you are welcomed. The Sea View is always recommended by me to anyone I run into that wants to go to OOB. We haven't stayed in years because of the fact that we baught a camper but since then we have sold it so therefore we are looking forward to coming in the near future and staying at the Sea View. Even though we have not stayed in years every year we get a post card. The Sea View is clean and well maintained by the employees and owners. Thank You, Julie Rackliffe

We stayed at the Sea View a few years back in one of the larger units with 2 bedrooms and a fold out couch in the living room. The bed rooms were large with several bed.. great unit for families. There was really a pretty good view from most rooms. It is right on the beach and a few blocks north of the pier so it is a little quieter which is great. You do have to walk a little ways to find much of a selection for dining. It is a great place for a family and I would go back with or without kids another time.
 
 
 
 
 
A square deal!

The studio we stayed in was quite small for the two of us - the bathroom was a bit smaller than we expected. But considering the location and what we were looking for in a room, we found it to be perfect. The next time we will definately choose a larger room. They did a pretty good job cleaning the room.
 
 
 
 
 
Will not call again

We made our reservations. And A week later we had to change them. We were charged 15.00 service fee and then they changed our ocean sweet to a studio for 2 adults and 2 children with out telling us. We ended up canceling and stayed at another hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
small studios

we stayed in two different studios while we were there. the first was so small, the full sized bed barely fit. it had one basement sized window. the toilet and shower were seperated from the room with a "curtain" and you had to stop over the toilet to get to the shower. very tight quarters for the two of us and our small-ish dog. when we moved rooms to another studio it was a bit bigger. it had actual counter space around the sink-even though your privacy was still limited to the "curtained bathroom". but at least you could walk around the bed. this room had two regular sized windows. you get what you pay for-just ask for an end room i guess!

AHH Relaxing at last!

We look forward to this week each summer... Great Location, Awesome Prices, Beautiful Pool, VERY CLEAN ROOMS & KITCHENS, Very Nice People who run the hotel and we have made many good friends there too!
 
 
 
 
 
We go every year

Old Orchard Beach is a great place to go on vacation especially at the Sea View motel. My family and our best friends go up for Labor Day weekend and never want to leave. It is in walking distance from the amusement park, which is great, and it is right on the beach, with a great pool. The hotels are very clean and have great air conditioning. It is my favorite place ever, it is great.

BIG CHARGE TO CANCEL!!

We had a nice trip to New England planned when my husband had a medical emergency at the last minute and we had to cancel. We gave 4 days notice but were still charged an entire nights stay, even though it was an emergency. So beware of that before you make your reservation. I think we'll stay elsewhere next time we plan.

Big, Clean Room-Low Low Price

My husband and I had a problem with our reservation at another hotel in OOB and happened to stop at the Sea View to see if they could put us up for one night. We ended up staying for our whole trip and have gone back again. During the off season, you cannot beat this deal! A one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette for $59.00.
