Harvey's Point, Donegal

Harveys point is a very impressive hotel. There was no expense spared in decor. We have never stayed in a room so big. The bathroom had a double shower a jacuci which could easily have held 4, 2 wash hand basins make up mirror and enough room to have a party! The bed was about 11 foot square. The t.v. was a 42 inch lcd. There were comfortable armchairs to relax in and an office. At night when you return to your bedroom the cushions and over blanket are removed from the bed and 2 ferara rocher chocalates are placed on the pillows, nice touch. The meal in the restaurant was excellent also. There was a pianist in the lounge after the meal I found this a little boring it suited the older customers only (much older). livlier music may have created a better atmosphere. Overall we had a lovely stay and would go back again, it was our wedding anniversay we might save up and go back next year.
