First class service...table booked for 6.30pm on Saturday...we were shown to our table where we had drinks and given the menus. Warm rolls and butter were brought to the table. When WE were ready to order our order was taken...wine was chosen. Starters arrived which we all enjoyed ....and our main courses were everything and more than we had hoped for. Much to our disappointment we could not manage a sweet as our appetites had been sated. This was a most enjoyable evening ... FOOD-SERVICE-DECOR could not be faulted.
Thanks to ALL at the Carrick Lodge.
We stayed in the Carrick Lodge Hotel on February 2009 for a short week-end. Food great, hotel great, rooms great, staff could not do enough for us very friendly. We definately will be back. Would recommend it to others.

Very comfortable relaxed dinning room and friendly helpful staff.
Food varied - variety of fish, spot on.
Food exellent - welldone chef.
Wine - well as usual overpriced as it is in all British Hotels but the quality could not be argued with.
