An average stay
By ,
The first time I saw it, I was kind of curious what the inside would look like, because it looks like an olden castle. I was amazed and I felt nostalgic. The people at the concierge were hospitable and accommodating. What I liked about this place was the friendliness and helpfulness of the servitors who assisted us. The thing I kind of disliked? The appearance of the place. It was already getting out-of-date and I think the hotel needs a make-over, just to go in with the trend of this time. That's all. :) Hope this helps.

extraordinary service with a smile at camelot
By ,
everytime i go home to the philippines, i always stay at camelot hotel, its really worth your money. hotel receptionists were so accomodating, friendly and very professional. their service was extraordinary. water supply were abundant. only telephone bills long distance calls so expensive. avoid taking drinks provided in the fridge as it so costly too. the location is ok as its near to ammenities. its near my favorite shopping malls SM norht edsa and trinoma.

Camelot is Great
By ,
If you ordered the big rooms, on the 6th floor, you will have a great time, sadly, there was no elevators, so you had to walk up stairs, there was warm, water, but not hot, the view is pretty junk, but its okay for me, the beds were very great, i could fall asleep on them, immediately. I also love the grand entrance.

Value for money
By ,
Not too bad for the price. Maintenance problems such as constantly leaking water in the bathrooms. But NEVER use the hotel phone if you can possibly avoid it because the charges are outrageous, even if they fail to get you the number you require ! Big plus is the 24-hour retaurant & room service (average quality food) and the karaoke bar and live bands.

Waste of money, Never ever go back!
By ,
The staff are irresponsible..they are too lazy for the client needs. Poor service. in fairness to the place,it is cozy, the ambiance is good but the staff are talking and chatting to each other. They dont attend to costumer needs, most especially in the information desk. We called 1 day before for the reservation and they guarantee me for that room but still they gave me different room.Is that you called reservation??stupid isn`t it? Never go back in camelot, a waste of money!
