Knew me on the phone when I called Stay at least 2x a year best place in SLO

ripped me off off a missed weekend and they charged me full price any way

This clean, comfortable motel is an excellent value. The room was very well kept: it smelled fresh (no smoke residue), the bathroom was spotless, the bedding was crisp and clean, the refrigerator and microwave were clean and in working order. The beds and pillows at the Villa are very comfortable - my friend said that she slept the best she has ever slept at a hotel. The hotel manager is a very gracious gentleman - excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was very limited (pastries, coffee, orange juice). But downtown SLO is close by and offers many great breakfast options. I would recommend this motel to anyone. It is an excellent value and a very nice place to stay.

Got in late, had an early appointment so looking for value. What I found was a very clean room, mini fridge and microwave, beautiful woodbeam ceilings and a fairly large bathroom. It beats motel 6. Yes, it is older and some of the decor was outdated but the shower stall was like new, no bathtub, and there was actually a window in the bath. Would definately go back. My only complaint would be the lock on the door. In the age of the sliding card they actually gave me a key. It also has a deadbolt also which I promptly locked but other than that great parking in close proximity to downtown and Cal Poly. Would definately go back.
