wouldn't stay again for free

The room I stayed in was awful. The screens on the windows were ripped off. The electric outlet was broken. The lamp was tied together with a plastic bag. There was a hornets nest in the shower so I couldn't shower. My disabled son and I were bitten by bed bugs.The air conditioner cover was broken and on the floor along with the knobs so you couldn't cool the room off.When I bought these things to the attention of the family operated staff they made every excuse in the world as to why the room was acceptable.Unfortunately there were no other hotels that had vacancy and I was forced to stay there due to a family emergency.
