Run Away....FAST!!!! Stay ANYWHERE else!!!

What did I like.....NOTHING
Dislikes....
My adult son stopped here while traveling, to spend one night while on the road. Upon check in, he went to his room and laid on his bed. He began to see "bugs" on him, while laying down. He discovered that the room he was in, had been infested with fleas! He was bit up from head to toe. He contacted desk staff and was moved to a different room.
At check out, he was charged the full price for the room, no apologies or offers to remedy the situation.
He put his room charge on a credit card bill. I contacted the manager/ owner the following morning. Since he never called me back, I had to call multiple times to reach him. He wanted to know if I could PROVE there were fleas in the room!! I explained to him that not only did my son SEE the fleas, but the hotel employees from that shift had also seen them. I wanted a credit to my son's credit card bill. The manager told me he would investigate the situation and return my call the next day.
He did keep his promise to call me back. The best he claimed he could do, was to refund half of the charged bill. Well....I just opened my son's bill- the entire cost of the room was on the bill- NOT ONE CENT deducted from the bill
If you have an option to stay ANYWHERE else, do yourself and favor and do it!! My son dealt with flea bites for the better part of a week, had to wash all clothing that was in the room and have his wool winter coat dry cleaned.
