Nordic Oceanfront Inn, Lincoln City

Not only is the staff very friendly, but the rooms are clean, always clean. The full kitchen units are just that, full kitchens, full size fridge, 4 burner stove, dishes, utensils. This Inn has a swimming pool, spa and saunas. Great for a family. The price is just right too. If you're looking for a place to get away for a family vacation or just a romantic trip, this is the place you've been looking for. It's quiet and all the rooms are full ocean view. We've been looking for just the right place and we finally found it.

My husband & I come to the Nordic a few times a year. Its clean & quiet, friendly service, good price, & great view. We almost always stay in the same room, in the corner across from the pool.

I had a balcony suite, with great view. That was it. The place is old outdated and overpriced. There was toenail clippings in the living room, the kitchen sink dripped all night, you have to sit on a murphy bed to watch TV. The sauna room had a brown HAND smear going down the side of the door, and management said it was adhesive from a thermometer. NO it wasnt. It was a HAND print smear of who knows what. The staff could not speak english.

The window/view was spectacular; chairs & table comfortable. Got 2 beds since we took our daughter and they were comfortable. The place was clean, price affordable, location perfect & staff friendly. Note that if you're going to the casino to let staff know so they can call your van in time. We didn't know that, but they got a van for us with plenty of time to spare! Beach access. Daughter & husband enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi & we all enjoyed the free continental breakfast (rolls/cereal/juice/coffee). C.Folk

We have stayed at the Nordic for years!! We were looking forward to our weekend get away. We reserved our jacquzzi room a month in advance. Upon arrival they had no information available on our reservation and confirmation number. They said we were not even in the system. We have lost respect for the Nordic and how they handle things!

After staying at the Nordic repeatedly for many years.. things have slipped in quality. No longer a couch in the living room ONLY uncomfortable hotel chairs and a Murphy Bed. Rags tied around tub faucets, and holes in the wood floor.... Complained, response was the promise of a discount coupon for return visit and NOTHING!!! Things have changed and not for the better....

Very nice Motel. The view is excellent, with nice and easy beach access. Very reasonable on the price. Nice pool and sauna. The staff was very friendly, and the best thing that happened, my wife and I found a glass float just down the beach from the Nordic stairs to the beach. WE had an excellent time and will return again for sure!!

Happened to find this place via google, decided to chance it and what a GREAT surprise. The room was nice sized and exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfortable I wouldn't mind having the same matress at home. The ocean view is spectacular, the service was great, employee's friendly, loved the indoor pool and Sauna and great free continental breakfast. Priced right for the cleanliness, service and view. Liked it so much we ended up staying another night and made reservations for our anniversary the following month. The Nordic is going to be our regular place to stay at Lincoln City.

My family and I have been coming here at least once a year since I was 2 yrs old. When I was younger, it had a game room with phoosball and video games but that since has been taken out. Also a long time ago, and this is the only negative experience we had, my father got sick from swimming in the pool, he noticed after he had already been swimming that there was a diaper at the bottom. Since it was purchased and remodeled, it has been kept up a lot better. Great view, free movie rentals, comfortable beds, free breakfast, friendly staff, very close to the mall and shopping strip. Cant complain at all for the price.

The view, the location, and the breakfast buffet. Kind of a hike to the beach down a steep hill - but well maintained with benches to rest on. The staff is great and helpful. It is a great place for a family. When we were there several years ago, they had wild cats that would peak in your window, but run when they were seen. They weren't scary nor would they get close enough to hurt you. A nice indoor pool, too. What more could you want.
