Best Western Nature Coast, Weeki Wachee

Went to this hotel, room had someones black hairs littering the bathroom, floor clearly had not been vaccumed and color scheme is distrubing, got another room, apparently the cleaning crew has black hairs becuause this one was also littered with hairs. Bed was fairly comfortable. They state they have a 100% satisfaction gurantee but when I complained about the second room all they offered was $20. Shower exoeriance was horrid the shower both scalded and froze me out at the same time, I had a broken ankle on this visit and the second room was on the second floor all I can say is it was very unpleasent. Will never stay again.

I liked the hotel very much. The only bad thing is it didn't have a lounge so we had to go to another hotel to have some drink. But other then that it's great. It was in a great location and close to everything. I had a great experice and can't wait to go back again .

Room had a mold smell. There was an exercise room with home quality equipment and the treadmill didn't work. Spent one night. Went to Best Western on Rt. 19 with satisfaction.
