Love the hotel, hate the service

Initially, the Parisian guy at the concierge was kind and helpful with me and my friend's queries on how to go about taking the Metro. I asked him if he knew where I could hop on those motorbikes to get to a certain destination and straightaway without much thought, he said "This is not Bangkok!" curtly! I kindly replied him that it was shown on cable TV on 'Travel and Liking' and expressed my interest in hopping on one of the motorbikes to experience the thrill! It was then only he went on to explain that these motorbikes are rare and can't be found anymore in Paris. I left with my friend to Arc De Triomphe and I saw these MIB(Men In Black/Bike) on the roads... He is bald and also drives the shuttle bus to the airport. The beautiful hotel can do without such belittling service crew. If I can make my way to Paris all the way from Singapore, I don't see why I can't take whichever transport I want to without being judged by this nobody!

Perfect before a flight or to sleep off jet-lag

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for a place to stay so near the airport. I was greeted after a long flight by friendly staff, and a beautiful lobby. My room was exactly what my jet-lagged body needed! It was absolutely silent, and considering the proximity to the airport, I was impressed. The bathroom was clean with a hot shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was one of my main reasons for selecting this hotel, and it did not disappoint. I waited around 10 minutes for the shuttle each way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay near the airport, but obviously the location is not ideal if you want to be closer to the city.

A wonderful stay...

I had a memorable stay there, I really would like to go back. I enjoyed good food, and the service is excellent.It's close to the airport and it has a very good connection with the city.

Absolutely beautiful room ... too bad we had so little time to enjoy it!

Excellent location as far as convenience to the airport and also to the metro. Will definitely stay here again. Room was so beautiful that we hated to leave it. And unfortunately, we only had one night to enjoy it!

Airport Hilton

The hotel is very conveniently located to the airport if you have a flight out the next day. There is a shuttle service to the hotel (for which it appears you must call from the airport hotel desk). There is also a convenient shuttle to the airport. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well airconditioned. There is an excellent gourmet restaurant, and a nice bar. Overall, a great value.
