the food was spectacular with a pleasing presentation and healthful content.I had a memorable stay. Walked the laberith before leaving, Just recently brought a traveling four legged friend into family, very excited to see the pet friendly nature of the lodge.

Lots of construction in the area on the main road and behind the lodge (new homes); trash p/u at 3:30 a.m. by Waste Mgmt; unbelievable noise. The room we had was small, claustrophobic and dark. Breakfast was OK, but not great, somewhat skimpy and the eggs were greasy. Would not visit again.

Loved the Intimate Setting and Fab Service. Great Gourmet breakfasts that were included and served on a Terrace. Beautiful King Suites,that were so romantic, and Jet Tub for two with Fire Place. Did not want to leave...this Inn Rocks!!

My husband and I just completed a four day stay at the Lodge at Sedona What a perfect retreat! We were graciously welcomed by the staff on arrival. After reading a few not too positive comments in the reviews, I was a little apprehensive. Don't give it another thought. We could not have felt more welcomed. Everyone made us feel as though we were special guests. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We were lucky to be able to spend 2 nights in the Mission Grande Suite. Elegant! The meals were unbelievably delicious. Devon did an outstanding job with each meal preparation. The grounds were perfectly manicured and highlighted the whole lodge appeal. Just a short distance from the main road but none the less a setting of solitude with the benefit of proximity to nearby venues. Thank you to each and every one of the Lodge Personnel. The overall property was very nice and peaceful. We booked this property for the offer of the private hot tub on your own private patio. The hot tub was in non working order and no discount was offered and an attempt was made to fix it, but with attitude and distain. We were not fond of the breakfast menu (trout) and when we did not attend, we were chastised by the staff for not having breakfast with the other quests. For the amount we paid for the room ($350 plus per night) we expected much better service and the staff were rude. My husband and I are very easy going people but found the staff at this property less than pleasant and overall snobbish. There is a pool but it is not on the property, it is next door at another resort and they offer the use of the pool with a guest pass. I would not stay here again and for the money I would opt to book a room at LOS Abrigados.

This property is wonderful, but I just can't shake the treatment and the rudeness of the owner, Shelley. A close friend booked the entire lodge for her wedding b/c she and her fianc� fell in love with the breathtaking and magical place that is Sedona. However, after the deposit checks cleared, Shelley turned into a petty, combative, chest-thumping brute. She engaged the bride in childish power struggles at every turn and even enforced "rules" that contradicted prior conversations and assurances that came from her or her husband�s own lips! I am not one to think poorly of others and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but Shelley's behavior was blatant and unforgivable. My friend had a wonderful time despite what seemed to be Shelley's best efforts to sabotage this event thanks to the amazing staff and local vendors (and having all of her friends close by!) :o) In all sincerity, I warn others about staying here if they're hoping for a friendly and warm B&B. My purpose is not to vent about Shelley or emit hostility, but to honestly warn people. She has an uncanny ability to make people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If you decide to risk staying here, do not under any circumstances plan an event here. If you do, be prepared for a difficult and confrontational experience. Don't ruin your amazing Sedona getaway by staying here.

The setting is spectacular, while the service is top-notch. Loved the decor, food and ammenities...the Chef is friendly and made my breakfast exactly the way I prefer. I will mention to my friends that this Inn is truely worth every dime..

WARM MISSION decor took our breath away..and they accept dogs! Just great!
