Gd location but the beds soft and worn out. Need to upgrade.The swimming pool too small and is not properly maintained.Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The freindlyness of all the staff is second to none. the restaraunt is very good with good menu. I have stayed here several times for long spells and the staff treated me very well like a VIP which is very nice.

I stayed at the hotel a few years ago, and if it has not changed, the hotel is just right. The restaurant is good, the service pretty good as well... One of the rooms had a bit of odor due to humidity, to correct the problem they moved me to a suite... They have a nice little club where one can have a drink, and enjoy a bit of music... It gets pretty busy on Fri and Sats... All in all, is a nice place, nothing amazing... just nice.

I n my wife decided to find a place for relaxation from our hetic work schedule.After some researching n good review from some customers we book a 1 nite stay on the 15th july 07. on arrival we were a bit dissappointed on what we saw on the website, the hotel lobby were very dim. After we check in our room we decided go for a swim n have a look at the pool as both of us love to swim. Again i disappointed at the size of the pool,it is relatively small but left with no choice we collect our towel from the counter for our swim. Surprising there only 1 towel at the counter as i request another 1 for my wife the staff search high and low for another. obviously he cant find he told me to wait for 15mins he get me 1.(i did not get the other towel at the end) When entering the poolside there is 2 staff washing the swimming area i think? can u imagine washing the pool at around 11am? i thought that should be done early in the morning before the pool is open? My wife decided not to swim as she is a bit pissed off already. As for me what to do since there already i just jump into the pool. About 10 mins later i got a SHOCK OF MY LIFE one of the staff which i mention earlier washing the area simply wash his hand in the pool in front of us.Can u imagine tat? i stay in many hotel,resort, over the world n this is the 1st time such a unprofessional behaviour i have witness. i n my wife left the pool immediately. I would not recommended anyone to patronised this hotel.NEVER NEVER
