Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando

I had several gold coins stolen out of my vehicle at the Rosen center by their valet staff last Friday morning while my wife and I were attending a private breakfast.

Amenity fees are high: $10/day for internet $12/day parking $15 to use the gym however there were no charges for the toilets. The support manager - Jessica A. - said this was non-negotiable.

Dislike: Amenity fees. e.g internet & parking $10/day each. Customer support was a call center that was apathetic to solving any issues.

Only one thing I like about this hotel is location. This should be a two star Hotel nor 4-Star. This is false advertisement. Almost no facilities in the room not even a fridge or microwave. Look like these people are highway robbers. They even charge for fitness center. Only two electric outlet in whole room you can not plug the phone charger and Laptop, if you want to plug them you have to unplug the table lamp. I asked for power strip they told me go to walmart and buy your own power strip or plug your laptop in restroom. Parking is also very inconvenient and they charge too much for parking. Hotel is so big around more than 300 room and too mush rush in every thing including swimming pool. Valet parking people are also very rude, even I go to gust pickup line and they come to you and bother you and make a fun of you. Please stop displaying this hotel in recommended list. I was there for 7 nights to relax but I was on pain all that period. I was in all this trouble because of hotwire. If you want to ruin your vacation then you are welcome to stay at Ronsen center 9840 International Drive, Orlando FL 32819 otherwise it's batter to find some two star hotel like Motel 8.

Booked this hotel with bookit as a special. Arrived and was told by hotel staff that the package was not listed. Pulled up my email on my phone to verify, not good enough!! Needed a paper copy??? Was told to go to the business center and pay for internet access and printing fee...Absolutely no help from the front desk at all, zero customer service! Very disappointing. Also did not get the king room we requsted, no apologies there either, was told to check the next day so we could move! Had to call book it (very helpful) for them to fax over a copy, had to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes to pick fax up and walk it to front desk. Hotel was nice, comfy bed, nice pool, but NO customer service!

TV sucked; it was ancient. Bathroom leaked and had minimal lighting. Shower curtain did nothing. Toilet broke. Lobby was just ok. Beds were nice. Eh, I wouldn't go back.

Well if you like black mold and the smell of a nursing home, you will love this place. If you like having your expensive Bose headphones stolen right out of your room, you will love this place. The food was not all that bad nor the service. But it was filthy, disgusting, and I kept looking for a geriatric patient so I could change their Depends undergarments. I even got a whiff of moth balls every now and then. It felt like spending the weekend at Grandma's house but at least my throat did not swell shut from a black mold reaction at Grandma's. This was the second time I was forced to stay here by an employer and, yep, also the second time I had a black mold reaction. The first occurred back here in 2003. If you stay here, better bring your Epi-pen and your own safe.

the pictures are very good, but get to the hotel, the reality is different .. but a new Hilton across the street

the rooms werent worth your money, thier food wasnt always good, housekeeping stole my daughters ds games and everything is just too expensive i would never go back

The hotel was outstanding! the staff was wonderful! had directions on hand for anywhere you want to go!!! centrally located! EXCELLENT views from the rooM! extremely comfy bed!! flat screen tv in the room! the pool is heated and you can sun bathe at all times during the day (the sun is never blocked). the pool is also heated! i can just go on and on about this hotel!!! worth every penny!! the grocery mart has EVERYTHING! resonably priced (excluding the liquor haha). open 24hrs. the only thing i would do different nex time is we would valet park! the parking garage is in the very back of the hotel! you have to walk a LONG way to get to the front desk and the elevators to get to the rooms! the walking ended up being good for us! lol but we would pay the $12 a day to valet park and they bring your car right to you!
