THE STAFF WAS AWFUL...WE HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR OUR ROOM, DUE TO COMPUTER PROBLEMS (INSTEAD OF SENDING US TO OUR ROOM TILL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED...WE HAD TO WAIT IN THE VERY SMALL LOBBY). THE PLACE IS OUTDATED AND COMES WITH A VERY LIMITED BREAKFAST. OVER PRICED!

the hotel was nice quiet but a bit over priced. Pool area was clean (only one using it when I went in the pool) room was quiet and clean.

Outdated!!

The hotel is aa a decent location to the Traverse City area. The hotel itself, is horrible. They charged expensive rates for what you get. The rooms are severely out-dated. The shower hummed (more like screamed) while being used, and the tub did not drain properly. The beds were as comfortable as cardboard boxes. You can barely watch TV because the picture was incredibly blurry. I was so disappointed with the room that we ended up leaving before staying the night. Our trip was ruined. I am very disappointed with the hotel.
