Days Inn Morehead, Morehead

We arrived around 8:30 pm, left to go visit family when we return our room was very stuffy so we tried to turn on the A/C. The unit would not work. We called the front desk & ww were told "there is nothing that can be done right now, but the windows do open." The beds were very springy & uncomfortable. We had 2 adults & 2 kids in the room, but only enough towels for 3 people. Sat. morning we went out to breakfast with family & went visiting. When we returned to our room later our beds were not made back up, and we had less towels than the day before and they were very small, thin, & ripped. On Sunday morning we went to go eat breakfast around 8:45am. All the biscuts & gravey & plates were already gone. When we asked the front desk for more plates to make waffles the lady didn't not reply she just turned made a mean face and walked off. While we were waiting we asked for more biscuts. Again she didn't reply, made a rude face, & walked away. Our kids were very hungry so we then just left and went to McDonalds. When we checked-out we asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on site. There was no sense in trying to complain to the RUDE lady when she was one of the staff members we were going to complain about. We have always stayed in a Days Inn, Quality Inn, and other Hotels within this chain...we have NEVER had this bad of service anywhere. We will never stay here again & will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The less I say about this hotel the better it is! Absolute trash hotel. Bedding smelled, noisy heater and staff that wouldn't do anything about it.

I stayed at this hotel because it had the "cheapest" rate for MSU graduation! However the room turned our to be a nightmare. Filthy room. Bad oder. Bedding felt diry!
